Research Achievements:
With decades of dedication to new energy batteries, environmental governance and high-end equipment, he has filed more than 200 patents in total, with 198 patents granted (including 46 Chinese invention patents and 5 U.S. invention patents). He has led and undertaken 21 provincial and ministerial-level or higher scientific research projects, receiving over RMB 60 million in government research funding. He has also led and participated in the formulation of 4 national industry standards under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, making him a pioneer in the research and technological application of new energy, UV disinfection and ozone products in China.
Career & Social Positions:
In 1999, he served as a Senior Researcher at Hydroxyl Systems Inc. in Canada. Returning to China in 2000, he founded and long-held key positions including Chairman, General Manager and Chief Engineer at Fujian New Continent Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Dean of the Environmental Research Institute of New Continent Technology Group. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Fujian Fusshia Technology Co., Ltd. and President of the Fujian Provincial Association for International Exchange of Personnel.

Xu, Tao Ph.D. | Chief Engineer

Dr. Xu focuses on the synthesis of lithium-ion battery raw materials, as well as the R&D and improvement of lithium battery production processes. His work spans multiple key fields, including high-temperature resistant adsorbents for environmental applications, SCR denitrification catalysts, ozone denitrification processes, ozone-catalyzed advanced oxidation processes, ozone-activated carbon processes, UV disinfection, development of COVID-19 disinfection technologies and equipment, and the design of ultra-high concentration ozone generators. With extensive experience in R&D and team management, he has made significant contributions to the development and manufacturing of the company’s products.

He has published numerous academic papers, filed 20 patents in total (including 13 granted patents and 18 domestic and international invention patents). He has also led 11 provincial-level or higher research projects, securing over RMB 10 million in government research funding.
