Super Ozone Generator

Currently, the best economic concentration of commercially available ozone generators has long remained at 150 mg/L (10 wt%), with a corresponding power consumption of 7.5–8 kWh/kgO₃. No major breakthrough has been achieved for over forty years. Through innovation in discharge tube design, our company has developed the world‘s first ozone generator with a wide concentration range (150–266.5 mg/L, i.e., 10%–18 wt%). This device significantly increases ozone concentration with only a slight increase in specific energy consumption, markedly improving oxygen utilization efficiency and reducing oxygen consumption.
Super Ozone Generator Features
The system configuration of our new-generation ozone generator (Super Ozone) is identical to that of commercially available 10% ozone generators and is compatible with high‑frequency inverter power supplies currently on the market.
Advantages:
Significantly reduces oxygen consumption for the same ozone production rate.
High ozone concentration accelerates reaction rates.
When operating at the same ozone concentration, the Super Ozone generator consumes less electricity than traditional ozone generators.
Overall operating cost reduced by approximately 20%.
The lower the cooling water temperature during operation, the greater the reduction in operating cost.
Disadvantages:
Intricate equipment structure requires high maintenance technical expertise.
High ozone concentration necessitates the use of a liquid oxygen source.
Operating Cost Comparison
The following is a comparison of operating costs between the Fusshia Super Ozone Generator and other manufacturers. Liquid oxygen price is assumed to be 1000 RMB/ton, electricity cost 1 RMB/kWh, and the comparison is based on the operating cost per unit of ozone production (per kgO₃).

The operating cost of an ozone system mainly comprises the cost of the gas source and the electricity consumption of the ozone generator. Fusshia's ozone generator enables operation over a wide concentration range, achieving both gas and electricity savings. The table below compares the operating costs of Fusshia's ozone generator with those of mainstream generators on the market at different concentrations.
Parameters in the table: The following example is based on a 10 kg ozone generator. Liquid oxygen price is 1000 RMB/ton, electricity cost is 1 RMB/kWh, and operation is 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Application Prospects
Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP)
High ozone concentration promotes the formation of hydroxyl radicals, which can reduce or even eliminate the need for catalysts in advanced oxidation processes.
Plant Expansion Projects
High ozone concentration accelerates the reaction rate with pollutants. Expansion and retrofit projects are often constrained by limited space. Under the same gas flow rate, increasing the ozone concentration results in a higher ozone dosage.
