Fusshia UV Photocatalytic Hybrid Sterilizer
The Fusshia UV photocatalytic hybrid sterilizer uses a high-intensity UV-C light source and an optimized lamp layout to ensure highly efficient and rapid disinfection as well as excellent operational performance. It is widely used for disinfecting various bacteria and viruses on the outer surfaces of packaging boxes and cargo under different temperatures. It is especially suitable for disinfecting the outer surfaces of food in low-temperature cold chains (down to -30°C) – fast disinfection, non‑toxic, residue‑free, and safe for food.
The conveyor belt speed can be adjusted according to user requirements, with a rated processing capacity of 2,000 packages per hour.
The sterilizer operates at 380 VAC and has a rated power of 7 kW, offering low disinfection cost.
The sterilizer adopts a modular design, facilitating on‑site installation and maintenance at the customer’s facility, and can meet disinfection requirements in various application fields.
Manufactured with precision machining processes, the equipment measures 3 m (length) × 1.1 m (width) × 1.2 m (height), effectively reducing the on‑site footprint and space occupation.
The UV light source used in the UV photocatalytic hybrid sterilizer has a continuous service life of 16,000 hours, ensuring long‑term stable and reliable operation.
A fully automatic touch‑screen control system enables various monitoring functions (UV lamp status, UV intensity, package dimensions and orientation, etc.) and control functions (conveyor belt speed, automatic shutdown upon fault, UV intensity adjustment, etc.) during disinfection operations.
